Keeping data for the next school year
Your technology administrator will make the switch over from one school year to the next at some point over the summer. When this occurs your classes from this year will be archived and your new classes will appear instead. Before this occurs, you want to make sure you have everything you need from this year's classes.
Save custom tasks to task templates if you would like use them again next year
Download a CSV of your grades page to have a list of all tasks assigned and student results
Remind students and parents that the students can access Mathspace outside of school over the holidays
Getting new accounts set up for next year
As a teacher, you don't need to do anything here! All your accounts are managed by your technology administrator, so your available classes and the students in those classes will be updated automatically.
