One of the advantages Mathspace has over print textbooks is that we can collect feedback about problematic questions and amend them, without the need to wait for the next edition of a textbook. This is how your students can report feedback.

If they encounter an issue with the question, they can click on the three dots under the step and click on 'Report an issue'.

When students report issues in this way, we will be able to see the exact step that they reported, and often quickly identify if there really is a problem with the content. We collate all of this feedback and regularly check which questions and topics are receiving the most reports, and in this way are able to quickly move on fixing questions that many students are finding issues with.
